Ashton Apparel, a garment manufacturing company in EPZ, located in Mombasa, wishes to recruit qualified HR professional to fill a vacant position of Human Resource Officer.

Minimum requirement and qualifications
Summary of Key Responsibilities will involve but not limited to the following

    Coordinate the recruitment and selection and performance processes
    Oversee the company’s staff welfare
    Handle in Industrial relations, custodian of HR policies/labour laws

Requirements

    Holder of a business degree and Diploma in HRM,
    Proficient in MS office and three (3) years of experience in HR Matters.
    The preferred age bracket is between 30 to 40 years.
